Tub Reglazing in Rhode Island & Massachusetts

Most tubs are back in use within two days, not two weeks. One visit, no demolition, no disrupted plumbing.

How Tub Reglazing Works

Old caulk and hardware come off first. The tub gets deep-cleaned, then etched or sanded so the coating has something to bond to. Chips and cracks are repaired with filler, everything around the tub is taped and masked, and three coats of epoxy go down followed by three coats of acrylic enamel.

Tub Reglazing vs. Replacement

How to Prepare for Your Appointment

A Few Minutes of Prep Now Saves Time on Job Day.

Clear the Bathroom

Anything left in the room risks getting overspray on it once the epoxy goes on — clearing the space protects your things and lets us work without stopping.

Remove Bottles & Soap From the Tub

Soap residue is one of the main reasons a coating fails to bond — a fully clean surface is what makes the 10-15 year finish possible.

Keep Pets Out of the Work Area

The exhaust fan clears most odor within a few hours, but pets are more sensitive to it than we are. Please keep them away during work hours.
